Sigh. Is there a secret to getting any pdf file to print? Both gs and ps/pdf refuse to print pdf files. The 'print command: lpr' doesn't work even if I change the command to the printer name 'laser'. At one point it worked, but for the life of me, I can't recall the magic I had to perform to get either to work.
Any suggestions? Btw, does acroread work with LM 8.0? I sure would like to print some files: I've tried importing to Gimp, StarOffice, OpenOffice -- I've run out of applications in an attempt to bypass the gs / ps/pdf problem. Help?
