[newbie] Block Ip

Is there anyway I can block the ip address 12.229.110.8 From connecting to anything on my server. I mean anything just to where linux will just say hell no and do whatever if it tries to connect. I've tried banning them in the Palace Server software I use (chat place, they are being disruptive and keep coming back) but they have a way around that. SO is there something I can do in linux just to stop any connections from them This would be so much simpler then talking to their isp..   Thank You Jesse Angell
