Best of all is if you can spend a little more to buy a router that includes
some hub capability. They are often described as having two or four RJ45
sockets. If you can do that you configure the router to be the gateway to
the Internet, and both computers connect through that. It's easy to get this
set up with the help of the list. HTH

I've been looking at prices etc. Defintely affordable. Just to make
sure I'm on the right track - something described as 8 port network hub
with RJ45 cable, would be appropriate?
