Well, I kinda figured that - it is a commercial game. I do own a *single* copy, but don't feel like I should have to buy 3 copies to be able to play it with my family on our local LAN. I did download a "NOCD" crack but it doesn't quite work right. Probably got a blank track on it or something to that effect. Floppy game makers used to do about the same thing. Had to be able to copy in a pure raw, sector/byte by byte form. I did manage to get my GTA vice city installed and running without the CD, it took copying the cd to a hard drive folder before installing, and then durring the install, pointing the installer to the drive/folder that the 'PLAYGTA' disk was copied to.. you might try that....
