Quick way to do the entire CD:
cdda2wav dev=/dev/hdc -B
or
cdda2wav dev=/dev/hdc -B myaudio

You can also specify a range of tracks using something like -t 3+5 to do
tracks 3, 4 and 5. If you specify am output file name with the -B
option, the track will be that name with the track number after it.
myaudio_01, myaudio_02, etc...

If you preferrer a GUI to the command line, X-CD-Roast will let you
select the tracks. It will also get the CD information for you, so you
don't have to type in the names of the songs... (cdda2wav will do that
too, if you use the right options...)

You may also want to search http://freshmeat.net for some different CLI
CD ripping front ends.
