Open your UninstallSoftware GUI and enter 'theme' in the search box.
You will then see a list of the themes installed on your computer for the 
various Window Managers. Highlight them and you will see a list of files 
associated with those themes. You can then create your own themes using these 
as examples.

Search for 'theme' in the Software Install GUI, and you can compare with 
themes you do not have currently installed.

Once you have defined your own theme you can share it with others. Check out 
www.kde-look.org/ for example for lots of KDE themes. Other sites will have 
themes for other Window Managers.

The possibilities are endless.  Now isn't that cooler than Windows?
