maybe the answer needs to start at "purchase all components or purchase
a prebuilt computer; download, burn the ISO, or buy the disk; plug the
computer into a clean A/C power source if you did not purchase a laptop
computer...
especially without the rest of "it's specs". maybe the OP needs you to
tell him what specs he should be looking for?
