Now I may be wrong but I'm sure I had the rpm-build on 2005LE and I know I 
have it on the 2006 cooker because I just finished using it.

One hint about your sources, though.  Try adding the distribution source.  I'm 
not sure if it will solve your problem but it has resolved things for me my 
DVD can't seem to.

You may need to take things with a grain of salt here because I have the 
silver level version of 2005 and of cooker.  But give it a try anyway and see 
what happens.
