Concerning the entry on Twiki: I will make the proffered changes here shortly. If there has been one thing that has caused me greater frustration and angst when working with computers (and my history with digital devices goes way back to the mid 1970's with military mainframes) it is not the bugs, the poor support, the proprietary hardware and software, or anything else, it would have to be poorly constructed documention and vague written procedures.
