Hi folks, Recently I'm experiencing some crazy mail problem. Four times (duration from half a day to two days each) in two weeks, I could not login my mail server through Kmail (1.6.1). Each time when I tried to login I got error message "can't login to server XXX. The password may be wrong. The server said: failed to paese the mailbox." I use POP3 to receive mails. But I also tried IMAP and different computers, I got the same error.
In fact through a browser I could login to my mail server. This way I can do anything (creating new mails, read SPAMed mails) except that accessing my inbox. I got the same error "failed to parse the mailbox" when I tried to do that. I talked to the staffs of network center. They don't know what's going on, but each time they managed to make my box working. I google'd for a while but found no clue. I just hope this won't happen again. Does any one have a say on this? It's definitely a server side problem but I don't our mail server configuration. Many thanks. Bests, Q.H.
