Anne, I believe its actually "unrar" and you can urpmi it, I believe mine
installed from the club sources... (assuming this is the same "rar").

unrar-3.51-1plf PLF has it, Club might too
Note: many apps, like file-roller, won't recognize the binary
'unrar', as they're lookin for 'rar'. So link /usr/bin/unrar to
/usr/bin/rar to fix it.
