Yeah, I know how you feel. My employer still makes me use Windoze (they talk
about a move to Linux on the desktop, but hasn't happened yet). I had
developed a half decent working relationship with Win2K (we both hate each
other, but we agreed to put our differences aside and try to get the job done
as best we can 8^).

Recently I had to move to XP, and it's not fun. All the same UI bugs that were
there in NT and 2K are still there (e.g. random loss of window focus,
inconsistent handling of mouse wheel, I could go on all day), and various new
ones have been introduced (e.g. turn on Task Bar AutoHide and Keep On Top,
and the system tray popup descriptions appear under the task bar!). And even
with 2GB of RAM, it swaps more than Mandriva with 512MB!

It's only getting back to a sane OS like Mandriva in my spare time that keeps
me from losing it (at least losing it any more than I already have 8^).

Well, now I got my Monday morning gripe off my chest.
