I tried the Mandriva rpm under 10.1, and nothing happened. ps showed the program was running, but nothing ever appeared on the screen. When I started it from the command line, it stopped after giving the message "CONNECTTOSERVER". I'm guessing for whatever reason it couldn't contact the server. I wonder if the firewall is getting in the way (didn't think it would stop an outgoing connection, but I'm no expert in this area). I noticed that the Mandriva rpm is for version 1.0.2, but the latest source release is 1.0.4. Don't have the time to try building from source. -- Ron ronhd at users dot sourceforge dot net Opinions expressed here are all mine.
