I'm surprised by the anti-HP comments.  Have you had problems with HP on 
Mandriva before, or is the rumor-mill in action here.  I've operated a 
LaserJet 6L for the last few years on Mandrake/Mandriva (from sometime in the 
8.x timeframe), and replaced it with a HP Color LaserJet 2550 about two 
months ago.  No problems with either of them.  I realize the the 2550 is in a 
different price category than your Lexmark, but the point is that HPs are not 
the dogs you make them out to be.

        A German, a Pole and a Czech left camp for a hike through the woods.
