If you're seeing the yellow banner you must have at least part of it set 
up.  John also reported that he couldn't verify it, so I have exported 
to another keyserver.  AFAIK the keyservers are supposed to 
synchronise.  If someone could let me know, say tomorrow, if the 
keyservers are still not providing the public key I'll attach it to my 
messages for a day, which should be a workaround, I think.

Sometimes it's hard to know whether there is a real problem with 
servers, or whether it's a buggy version of software that we're using.
