It is really manual labour. I have 2 devices (USB stick and a Belkin SDCard-reader). For mounting them I type mount /mnt/Kingston or mount /mnt/RICOHDXH and umount-ing them the same way, because those are the mountpoints that show up in /mnt after sticking them in a USB slot. I have also thought of having a script do that, but I have not gotten to work on that. It is disappointing to see that functionality lost after 10.0.
