I always > give the name of a directory which contains a DVD compliant file structure > (as output from DVDauthor) Have a look at the -dvd-video section in the > mkisofs man page. Actually, I got it worked out, mostly. tovid does the AVI => MPEG, then run makxml to generate the appropriate XML file with the DVD file structure, then just run makedvd to build and burn the DVD files to disc. Presto! Havin' some probs with jerky video, but that may have more to do with the source files. For some reason animation is affected by this, live action not so much. For those interested, Tovid actually has a GUI that will do all this with a few clicks. -- JoeHill / RLU #282046 / www.freeyourmachine.org +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "...when was the last time you thought about Microsoft, except in frustration or anger?" -- Michael Malone, ABC News ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
