Thanks for the reply. I looked there but did not see any cookies. The
jar seemed to be empty. :-) There was a lot of stuff in
.kde/cache-localhost/http in several subdirs, though.

Not quite. I was looking for a place where I could view all the stuff
in .kde/cache-localhost/http, which seems to be the real cookies. It
does NOT show up in Policy and Management. If I clear the cache, they
go away, but that's a rather crude tool.
