RH72 can be either 4.1.0 or 3.x.x ("x" here means any number. Why do you not
try this?

Unless something is wrong with your current installation, don't upgrade. This
is a general rule with software (for me, anyway), and besides XFree86 4.2.0 has
just come out on the ftp.

I believe this is the updated driver for TV in/out and DVD acceleration. Do you
need any of those features?
