Well, you need to install gnu-tar for windows?? I've never used Cygwin, so I don't know what to do, maybe it's supposed to be included?? Anyway, it still created the links, and 0 byte files, but didn't extract any of the files needed to actually *do* anything... So go find gnu-tar.........
