I have upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3. I use fbdev as driver. When I now
switch to the console the sound output of xawtv vanishes. If I switch
back to X the sound is still not there. The sounds comes back if I
mute and unmute xawtv. Xmms or mpg123 doesn't show this
behaviour. Stracing reveals that xawtv is sleeping peacefully in a
select if this happens. So I assume this isn't an error in xawtv.
Is this a feature or a bug?
