Sue, you can save found sets by using the Custom Find Screen function
(click on the layout button above the book icon (upper left). YOu can
learn about how to use this function in the ebase Administrator Manual,
"Custom Find Screen" chapter. You will need to have Filemaker and open
ebase with the master password.

Here's what you can do...You'll have to use the REPLACE command... but
before you do this, take a look at DATA ENTRY Screen 2... you can get there
by clicking on the DATA ENTRY screen and then clicking on the VIEW Screen 2
button. You will then see check boxes for Email List 1, List 2...etc. You
can also use this field to mark your records...

Regardless of whether you use the check boxes or use your own field, what
you need to do is create your found set of the records you want to mark
with the value, then enter your value in the field in any of those records.
Make sure your cursor remains in that field. Then click on Script -> FMPRO
REPLACE COMMAND. Then make sure the first option is selected "REPLACE WITH
'xxx'" (whatever your value is). Then click the REPLACE button, and there
you go...
