[NEWBIES] File Naming

I upgraded my names.102 file with FM 5.0 on a PC and wondered if 
there is a way to change the file names to be agreeable with FM 
standard naming conventions, i.e., ending in .fp5, etc. Without 
standard naming it's hard for users to bring up file names with FM.
