There are several ways. If you go through the wizard, as John Watkins
has mentioned, you will be given two choices; send as batch and send as
custom. If you choose the former, you will need to work through the
wizard and, when finished, you should have a single email with the text
you entered and the recipient you specified in the set-up wizard in the
Admin screen (I assume you ran that set-up wizard). Ebase automatically
sends the list of recipients to the clipboard (like the copy function in
a word processor). The last thing you need to do is paste that list
into the bcc field of the email and send it.

In the former case, you can send the same message to a batch but also
customize the email with merge fields (i.e. Dear <<member name>>) and
custom P.S. messages. In this case, ebase creates separate messages for
each email recipient (the only way to do it with custom messages for
each recipient).

Now, I assume you've set up your email program as MAPI compliant (which
ebase needs to work) and have run the set-up wizard. Also, I assume
you've first created the found set that you want to send to.

Hope this further clarifies things.
