Could be either of these, particularly on the newbies list. This is a
pretty obscure problem. Or it could mean that none of the people in
the ebase community who support this list had a chance yesterday to
look into the problem.

My right-out-of-the-box test copy of ebase doesn't behave like this.
It's possible that your copy has been modified. I would suggest that
you open up one of your distant backup copies, or reinstall a new
one, and compare the scripts called by the buttons under each of the
three choice checkboxes, and the Next button on that screen with the
original versions.
