Your Stuffit app wasn't working. The file downloads/installs fine.
Try these steps:

1) Try throwing away your Stuffit preference files, then re-opening
Stuffit and opening the .hqx file. The preference file is:
System:Preferences:Stuffit Expander Preferences

2) Try reinstalling Stuffit (you can get a new copy via www.shareware.com).

3) Use another binhex decoder rather than Stuffit. Two are available
at shareware.com: Decoder and Ya-decoder
