The field "Find Member Level" is defined to not allow entry, to keep
you from inadvertently getting into the situation where you have a
record with an entry that is not in the value list. You will need to
go to the field definitions for the names file, uncheck the box to
allow entry temporarily, do your find-and-replace, and recheck the
box when you're done.
