The easiest way is to use the FileMaker print command while you are
viewing that contact record. That only works if the text fits into
the field box on that layout, otherwise some of the message will be
invisible.
You could export the contact record details to a text file, or create
a new layout in the contacts file to print from, or copy the text
from a record and paste into an email or word processing document.
