Dear List:

I just wanted to give you an update.
I called FileMaker and they heled
bring up the ebase template with
the "user" and "admin" passwords.

However, I still can not bring
the ebase template up with the
"master" password. I've tried
it in lower case, all caps, and
initial cap.

FileMaker suggested it post
this to the list. I need to
get the master password to work.

Any help you can give me would be
appreciated.

Thanks

Subject: "Access Denied"

Hi Listers:

I was trying to move the current Ebase templete
into the Trial Version 5 of FileMaker Pro that
is available for download on the FileMaker
Website but I keep getting the message
"access denied" after FileMaker did all
its conversions and I deleted the "old"
102 files as per the directions on
the Ebase Website.

I also deleted the ebase.exe runtine file
from the ebase directory as instructed.

Has anyone moved the Ebase template
successfully into the trial version?
I would like modify the template
and work with the trial version first
before we purchase the package.

We're looking at other software
packages also but its really good
opportunity to try this FileMaker
first and see if the Ebase Template
modified will work for us.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kathleen
