[NEWBIES] Changing passwords

At the present time, although we have an additional person using 
ebase, everytime she enters a note or makes a contact, the record 
says it was entered by me.

I don't even remember how ebase got my name.

But we need it to reflect her name when she is doing the work, my 
name when I am.

We've been reading the manual respecting changing passwords, etc., 
but frankly can't see anything that makes sense to us.

Help.
