Frequently, an email will bounce for anyone of several reasons. When
it does, it's necessary to find the associated record using the email
address as the search information.
I've tried to search on the email address. Whenever I enter an email
address and click "find," the message "no records match this request"
appears. I've tried it with several different email addresses which I
know to be in the database.
So, I started to experiment. Find works OK with a partial email
address. It does not work when the "@" character is included.
Apparently the problem is the "@" character.
Is this the general experience?
