I'm adding another part to my first question which read:
I wonder if anyone can offer some advice...
I needed to change some contact flags which I thought I figured out how to
do. In other words, I changed them on the data screen and they work fine.
But...here's my problem. They are still the old contact flags on the query
screen and I can't figure out how to change the query screen. Having not
set it up originally, I'm not even sure where to look for help.
Can anyone walk me through this. I am unable to do the query that I want
without the contact flags reading properly.

Now, I have just discovered that when doing a sort, the contact fields there
are also unchanged. Can anyone tell me how to change those also?
I appreciate all the help I can get!
