In addition to Dave's comments, I'd just add that what shows up in the
Query screen depends on how you changed the Contact Flags - and you
haven't given us much to go on regarding how you changed things.  These
flags are individual fields, not value lists like many other ebase
fields.  Thus you can change the Text name next to the field box on the
Data Entry layout but you've not changed field names or anything else. 
Thus that change wouldn't show up on the Query screen.

We'd need to know much more to know just what to suggest, so be sure to
tell us everything you did and are trying to do.
