[NEWBIES] transferring to a new computer

Hi All.

I have a completely different question.  We recently got a new computer
which I will be transferring the database to.  What is the easiest way for
me to do so.  We do have a FilemakerPro, as well.  (Is this somewhere in
the manual, cause I couldn't locate it?)
