[NEWBIES] Thank you letters

MabelI am having a problem with changing the format of the Thank You letters
to fit our organization.  I have imported logos and customized the body of
the letter.
It looks fine on the screen in Layout, Browse, and Preview mode, however
when it is printed the body of the letter starts in the center of the page
and the words run off the right side.  The logos are positioned perfectly
just as shown on the screen.  Can anyone shed some light on this problem.
