Do you have a pulldown list on the "add by" field? As delivered, this
field is auto-entered with the Creator, that is the person logged on
to the machine where the note is added. The "Assigned to" field has a
pulldown list with a value list that is defined to get values from
the field Staff Name in the staff_102 file. If you routinely want to
change the "add by" value, you could certainly assign the same value
list to that field.
