If I wanted to create a relation to group sections of an interstate highway (motorway) together, would there need to be any special tagging of the relation itself?
The reason for the relation is because the highway gets pretty split up with lane size changes, bridges, etc. Just one 30 mile stretch of highway ends up in 20 or more pieces near my house.
