Hi all: I spent the weekend cycling all over town, collecting map tracks. Sunday night I tagged and uploaded it using JOSM, and saved the file.
Yesterday I corrected a few small errors (node positions) and added some additional tags (footpaths, playgrounds), and re-saved the file. Can I upload the same file with the updates? Will OSM create duplicate nodes, or does it recognize a moved node?
