Hey Sages of OSM, Have a look here ... http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=37.1091&lon=127.0778&zoom=12&layers=B000FTF
Notice how Osan is rendered (under Mapnik) directly behind the Korean text, yet Songtan is rendered under the Korean text. Other than the first is a city and the second a town, there appears to be no difference in the tagging. Is this multi-line rendering on purpose? Why not for larger cities too? Did I miss something in the Wiki? Is there some way to make (force) long names to split onto two or more lines for rendering? Will this be a option for future rendering? What will this weekend's lottery numbers be? What is the answer to the ultimate question? But seriously, multi-line rendering for text would be useful (IMHO), especially here in Korea with the current state of tags using English text which can get quite long. Thanks for the input.
