Does anyone have experiences with downloading OSM-mapsets to an etrex without SD-card?
I was able to install preconfigured OSM maps for MapSource, but cannot load them onto my Venture HC. There is no entry in the 'map'-tab. I _can_ select the maps in the dropdown list, though. Do I need to install something prior to downloading to my GPSr? All I installed was the MapSource software included with the device. I tried with 6.11, 6.14 and 6.15. All the same. (Sendmap does not work - Garmin drivers are 2.21 meanwhile) Does anyone have experience with the 3.10 firmware? I still use 2.70, but I guess an upgrade can only make the situation better. At least down-/uploading route and track data works well up to now.
