I doubt that - since they *have* published the info already in an effort to avoid the fun problems you get when combining a JCB and water main/power line/gas main/all of the above. There's a whole bunch of shapefiles available, but the licensing isn't particularly helpful. Asking the right people may get us permission to use it.
