I just downloaded a larger area via XAPI, and I would like to know if
there is an efficient way to split the area up into n x m smaller areas
which are easier to handle by JOSM.
I know some Perl and use Gary's tools sometimes, but I am poor at
PostgreSQL and the assorted OSM tools.
