I note that bin contains a file osmosis and one called osmosis.bat if
I use a call in front of the bin\osmosis I get the same result.
You need to change to the correct directory, ie the one where you
unzipped Osmosis. Its probably called "osmosis-0.36"
So open a command prompt, use the "cd" command to change to that
directory, then run "bin\osmosis" and see what happens, and if there's
any errors.
