Hi John, You might try the legal FAQ, or the help forum. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ http://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/700/publishing-an-openstreetmap But the short answer is this. Yes, you may print a map on a catalog showing the location of a business, as long as you attribute OpenStreetMap and the OSM license correctly. "Correctly" varies a bit depending on what you do. If you use a screenshot from the osm.org mapnik layer now, you should include "Map and data ©2010 OpenStreetMap and contributors CC-By-SA" And it would be ideal to place that text right on the map. _______________________________________________ newbies mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/newbies
