I'm not good in various (i.e. nearly any/at all) graphics packages so my
advice is to use Picasa's super-convenient rotation.

Steps:
1) download and install Picasa if u already haven't
2) save map as image (jpg, png, whatever) to a folder that Picasa indexes
(e.g. desktop)
3) wait for Picasa to index the map
4) use the basic editing tools (?) to rotate the image (click rotate, slide
the slider to find approriate rotation
5) crop futher if desired
6) print as you wish. Picasa is decent for that too.
