There are lots - take a look at:

I often use OpenSatNav, not because it is especially good as a logger, but
because it will upload the track to OSM from within the application, so it
is easy.  OSMTracker for Android is also very good and allows you to record
other details as well as the track, but does not have the upload facility
(or at least it did not last time I tried).
