This is what I get when I try to install the new one.
[root@localhost hcfpcimodem]# rpm -Uvh hcfpcimodem-0.99mbsibeta02123100k2.4.18_14-1rh.i386.rpm

package hcfpcimodem-0.99mbsibeta02123100k2.4.18_19.8.0-1rh (which is newer than hcfpcimodem-0.99mbsibeta02123100k2.4.18_14-1rh) is already installed
