        Where did you hear this? Do you have any evidence? Do they list this policy 
anywhere?
        And, is there anyone who _doesn't_ selectively scan and read your email? 
Email is a postage card routed through Carnivore, after all. Short of 
encryption, isn't this sort of thing expected?
        I'm just looking for another reason to bash OIT, and I don't want to merely 
repeat hearsay.
