Or try this one:  http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/urpmiweb.php.  It's the
same but has even more sources.  All you really need are probably main
and update, but contrib and plf are nice.  Plf gets you rpms for playing
encrypted dvd's and other binaries of questionable legality :)

After you follow the instructions on this page it works a lot like
apt-get.  To get mplayer type:

 urpmi mplayer.  

To update your sources type:

 urpmi.update --all.  

To download package updates do:

 urpmi --auto-select --media update

To remove something type:

urpme something
