There are two routes you can take:
1. Use the winders ntloader to boot both operating systems
2. You can use lilo or grub to boot both operating systems, however,
this will nuke your mbr.

I would suggest option 1 until you feel more comfortable with lilo or
grub.  Here is a great howto on what you'll want to do:

It's kinda old but the information is still valid for a mandrake or
redhat system.  All you are basically doing is copying the boot info
from your linux system to a floppy, copy that onto your C: drive, and
then tweaking boot.ini to see that boot info.  Make sure you read
through all of it and let us know if you have more questions.
